Can I get a remote start installed on my husbands truck?
My husband has a 2008 GMC Sierra single cab truck. Can I get a remote start installed without voiding any part of the warranty? Does it have to be done in a shop? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
you should be able to take it to the dealer being a 2008 and have them install it there for fairly cheap($200-300). I wouldn't mess with an aftermarket one because during installation you have to cut main ignition wiring, etc... Stay away from Aftermarket installations, especially on your husband's 2008 truck. Take it to the dealer.
