I am trying to put a pair of seats on my 73 beetle but what other kind of car seats can I put in?
I would like to know what other kind of car seats are similar to the old beetle so I would be able to look for. I would also apreciate if someone has a pair of front seats that you can give or sell to me. I live in chicago thank you
Ive transplanted seats from just about everything. You will need your old slide rails (most are compatible), The difference is the width. You can often build an adapter rail from the hard ware store material. Your width will be off less than 2 " in most cases. You can alter the height with washers or small pieces of pipe in extreme cases.
So- take a tape measure when shopping.
