Best visibility for most people is around 4000k.
Most Original Equip bulbs are around 3200~3600 range,,,which is definitely yellowish/orangey but gives excellent overall average for everyone from teenage eyes to old folks eyes.
4000~4500 range is distinctly "white" and appears clean and brite.
Above 5000,starts becoming increasingly "blue" with lots of ultraviolet.
It's the beginning edge of flourescent reflection,,,"Black Light Effect"
Illumination starts falling off.
Some Objects "glow ",,,
and those which Dont become increasingly Darker as colour temp rises.
For Night Driving away from Urban areas,,,Depth Perception is altered.
Things begin to look farther & closer than they actually are.
