Your 626 L4 alternator is on the other side of engine (right side).
A good technician can replace it in one hour.
If you want to replace belt too AND your car has air condition, extra time is needed (you have to remove AC compressor belt to be able to completely remove and install alternator belt).
The job is straight forward easy but you really need a trained technician to do it right. A monkey can replace the alternator but may not set the belt tension right. high tension can cause premature failure of your car water pump and alternator. Low tension results in low charge and may cause engine overheat (your 2.0L engine water pump and alternator use same belt)
