HID lights problems high/low beams problem?
I recently purchased a pair of HID lights from Ebay for my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 and I am having problems. The hi/low beams don't turn on, when i try to turn them on one of the lights flickers and the other doesn't turn on. There is also a clicking noise coming from the transformer when I try to turn on the lights. By the way I had regular HID lights before with single beams and I changed the bulbs to these hi/low beams, and I left the Ballast but these don't seem to work. The bulb size is 9007. Should I need a relay harness?
I always recommend using a relay when wiring in HIDs. It is the only way I do it.
