How many watts is needed for a light bulb to hatch chicken and duck eggs?
So how many watts do I need?
I am going to be using the Halogen Bulbs - The Old Style Shaped ones.
Do I need 42 watts, 62 watts, 75 watts, 100 watts, etc.
And how many bulbs would I need?
PS; Is it wise to put chicken and duck eggs both in a home made incubator to hatch?

AND I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO BUY AN INCUBATOR!
NEL: you can't hatch by provide only bulb heat,
1)Actually you have to get a cabinet / box which maintained 95 -100 degree Fahrenheit temperature at least 28 days (if bulb raised temperature there is thermostat which cut the supply of bulb and when temp goes down thermostat again activate the bulb).
2)Twice a day, same eggs should be half side change over (half roll) to maintained equally warm from all side.
3)One water dish with water should be all the time available down at least 6 inches away from the eggs to maintained the humidity required by eggs.
4)Fix a thermometer F/C degree in side cabinet, to watch that temperature is maintaining in cabinet.
Then be patience for 28 days 
These are the minimum requirement the any body can hatch the eggs.
NOTE above fact only for chicken and some duck.

2.BULB WITH HOLDER AND WIRE
3.WATER DISH
4.THERMOSTAT THAT CONTROL MIN 30 TO 100 DEGREE FAHRENHEIT.
Arrange or construct a box 20 x 20 x 18 (inches) with front door having small glass window (to watch inside eggs).Box which will be divided by horizontally wire gauze/ mesh where egg will be placed and lower section for water dish.
