don't know about the hood. Let me say this about the filter don't change the stock one for an aftermarket unit. The ford oem filter is by far and away the best thing. switching to an aftermarket filter for more power is a waste, I have not seen one that did any better. The oem filter is the best when it come to preventing damage to the cylinder wall and turbo impellers. Replacing a Dusted a 6.0l engine is between 12,000-15,000 dollar repair.
