How much light will be produced from an LED bulb on a car?
I am wanting to replace all filament bulbs on my car with LEDs. My front signal light bulbs are not that bright so I want to replace them with amber led bulbs. Will they still be bright even if I don't get the high intensity led bulb? Also, my daytime running lights are also the bulbs for my brights. There was an LED bulbs that said it can be used for high beams, but I can't belive that. Can they be used for high beams? And if so, will they be too bright when in daytime running light mode?

Although the LED technology goes higher than before , in the market , those led bulbs are still far more less bright than halogen . So usually led just use as day time light or fog light .
Of course there is some trader change it for high beam but please notice the brightness is the same . So you don't need to consider led for high beam unless you don't drive in the night .
Another thing is you must take care of led quality , although most of them are good quality SMD .
But recently news that , there is original car factory making LED for high beam , which is equal , or more than halogen , still weaker than hid , i am afraid those cars are still in factory and the price are extreme high .
