Crown Victoria Intake Manifold Replacement?

My intake manifold on a 1998 Crown Victoria P71 needs to be replaced when it warms up a little bit.
The Dorman 615-178 is what I am likely going to purchase and I am going to allot myself two days (just in case) to do this job.

I was wondering since I'm taking it apart what other practical things should I tack onto this project? I am going to replace the spark plugs, boots, and the upper rad hose that has little flex to it. What about the O-rings, thermostat, water pump? I would like an investment and not to throw money unnecessarily into parts and do not know where I should draw the line on this project. Is there anything I might as well do while I am in there?

This is something that won't cost you any money and that is to clean the throttle body while you have it off! Do a good job with a toothbrush and wipe it clean!
