I got a citation because my SUV rear upper light was not bright enough.Pleeze! Can I do anything?
It was a bright Sunny day Sunday June 21st(Los Angeles) and he said the light was visible -once he pulled me over but he still cited me. This was crazy. Is there any thing I can do to fight this?
I was just told that when you bring the citation in for correction you will still be charged a $25.00 fee. This is crazy!
I thought citations for broken/malfunctioning equipment were dropped once you remedy the problem and present it to an officer. You have a broken taillight, you get it fixed, you show a cop, no more ticket.
