18 Year old with back pain?
hi, I have been having some upper back pain recently (2 - 3 weeks) and it aches especially after work and during work. I am a autoglazier (Windscreen fitter) I am am required to lift 20 - 30 KG windscreens everyday into cars and racks. I dont feel as I am straining myself at all or I dont feel any pain while lifting them. Just after a couple hours. The pain goes from my neck down about 3 inches.
im healthy and this is really strange because im way to young to be having back problems.

Back pain can experience by all people especially on your type of work. mechanical back pain is the common back pain everybody experience...even very young ones. mechanical back pains is due to poor posture, etc. for your type of pain, its really serious and you said that you're lifting heavy objects. sometimes lifting in a wrong position can cause strain to the back muscles. you will not feel the pain immediately but if you're lifting everyday you're putting stress on your back and it's called repetitive trauma. I advice you to consult you're doctor and he will explain to you all. hope this helps.
