You'd need to be more specific on the type of headlight conversion you're talking about. IF you're talking about a 98-01 conversion then you'd need to replace the front bumper to a 98-01 bumper for the lights to fit correctly. However if you're talking about Halo's off eBay or something (Which i strongly don't recommend, they're garbage..) Those usually just fit with little modification. Most of the time there is wiring needed and i'm not talking about color to color stuff. If you don't know what you're doing don't mess with it. You could do more damage to your car than the car is worth.
I'm assuming you mean the projector from the nissan's headlights? Not the square headlight housing? Yeah you can swap out projectors with other vehicles. Its called a Retro fit. it takes some handy work but there are instructions on a site i'll post in the source section. The most common projector to be swapped on an integra would probably be the Honda S2000, they are very impressive.
