From my data the Altima takes a H1 bulb - the one above is an H11 fitting, so will not work.
I'd avoid a really cheap HID kit as they do not tend to last very long, and often have poorly designed bulbs leading to glare.
Lastly, 8000K is pretty blue - probably blue enough to get pulled over regularly. They also give out less visible light than 5000K or 6000K bulbs.
