Stepping on brake and gas pedals simultaneously?
Today I was stopped with my foot on the brake at a little pay gate where you insert your parking ticket to raise the gate/bar. However, while inserting my ticket, my foot on the brake accidentally pressed down on the gas pedal simultaneously. My car moved about 6 inches forward. Was any (serious) damage incurred on my car? It is a 2007 Toyota Camry LE.

Dragging the brakes for the short distance you described shouldn't do any damage at all. I wouldn't make a habit of it, but you've got nothing to worry about.
