Do I need the HID Conversion kit for theses aftermarket projector headlights?

You're link doesn't work, but if what you ordered is anything like what I have linked to below those most likely will NOT work with HID lights. You probably would be best to return that as soon as you can because I haven't read any reviews saying anything good about these types of projector lights from e-bay. I've looked into getting some myself, but I have never seen anyone with these so I'm going to guess there is a very good reason for that.
I also hear the halos burn out very quickly, in case you got the angel eye version. I also provided a link to a review of lights similar to these, albeit for a different car, but that should give you an idea to the level of quality you should expect.
Sorry bro, but I've never bought anything from e-bay for my car that I was particularly happy with. My tail lights are decent, but they are very cheaply made if you look closely.
