How to fix a SCREECHING Sliding Glass Door without removing it?
I've tried WD-40, 3-in1 oil, etc.. The problem is these only fix the problem for about a week or so and oil wears off. Once the oil wears off the door starts making a loud screeching sound (like nails on a chalk board). Is there something else that can be applied (a heavier oil or grease) that will not wear off and can be done without removing the glass door?

I just wanted to mention, the purpose of those adjusting screws is to level the door making it square to the frame. Of course, you can adjust both equally raising or lowering the door.
If you adjust them, watch how the door meets the jamb. If it's not square, you need to adjust it until it is. You will likely then have to move the striker block that latches the door too.
If you want a lube that you can spray in, will be more viscous and perhaps last longer, try buying a can of spray lithium white grease. This stuff sprays on thin and thickens up. Great for your car door hinges etc. Dont use it in your car door lock holes, too thick in cold weather and it could interfere with the tumbler action.
It's very likely that you have some worn out parts, but, adjusting could get you the clearance you need to stop the scraping. A thicker lube may buy you some time if this is not the best time of year to be doing a real repair on your door.
