If I wore a bra with clear straps, do you think it would be noticeable through the lace?
Probably not from far away, but up close potentially YES. Clear straps are not invisible straps, and to be honest, they don't look that great. I've tried them (not for my wedding) and I don't like them. Additionally, when I started to sweat under the plastic/rubber, the clear material started to turn yellow and I broke out underneath. However, that's not to say that what didn't work for me wouldn't work for you. Just be sure to experiment and try one out first before wearing it on the big day. All of that said, even if someone does notice, it's not like most people would give it a second glance though.
That dress would work well with one of the "nu-bra" styles. These bras give full coverage and have cups, except they stick only to the front of your breasts (no straps, no backing).

If you are and A or small B cup, you could also consider the simple stick on pastie "shelf" bras that you can usually get for cheap at lingerie stores.
My personal opinon is NOT to go with clear straps, but that is entirely your choice.
