You can do anything you want. It is all about skill and budget. As an example, the wiring harness on the late model Rovers is very extensive, and it can be incredibly difficult to integrate aftermarket sound equipment into the vehicle. Still, you don't have to worry about that at all if you just toss the entire factory system and harness, starting from scratch at the battery.
You can integrate things, but odds are you won't be able to pull it off properly without some serious help from a serious shop. When I say serious shop, I don't mean the guy down the street who installs speakers in his garage, either.
Consider this, though. That Range Rover isn't a Caprice. The sound system it includes from the factory is almost certainly better than anything most shops can build into a car. You have to REALLY know what you are doing to do any better, and the gear is going to cost a fortune.
As for wheels and tires, you can fit huge wheels on these vehicles without a problem, but there just isn't much point to it. The suspension dynamics of that vehicle are carefully calibrated and monitored by countless electronic systems. It utilizes a very sophisticated air suspension system from the factory, and it is all designed to work with a certain profile tire.
There are many wheels options from the factory for those vehicles. Look at them. The largest factory fitted wheel is 20 inches. This means you can go that big with little effect on anything at all, and the size looks well balanced on the vehicle. The best looking customs always have wisely sized wheel/tire packages. Bigger doesn't always look better.
Also consider that despite all it's sophistication, this vehicle is an incredible off road machine, and that is what it was designed for. It is sort of a waste paying for all that ability only to destroy it with modifications. Escalades are a dime a dozen, why not modify something that is useless to begin with?
A Range Rover is a legendary vehicle, with legendary abilities, ride quality, luxury, off pavement capability and appearance. Cars like these are pretty much perfect from the factory. Why pay the premium, deal with the expense of maintenance and parts, and endure their picky nature, only to tear them down and end up with less than what you started with?
Improving a car like this is a MASSIVE undertaking. That's why they are usually left alone. As well, Rovers are now known for their amazing sound quality right off the showroom floor.
