What temperature HID's are the bluest tint?
I've seen on most websites for HID conversion kits, that the temperatures around 10000k to 15000k are the bluest, some websites say that 12000k is the deepest blue tint, others say it's the 15000k. Other websites say the 15000k and the 12000k look kind of purple. Anyways, a little help would be nice.
8000K is what I consider a BMW blue. Any K beyond that, for example 10000K, known as arctic blue, starts looking purple. Anything beyond that, for example 12000K, is a hard purple, and the headlight starts loosing its ability to reflect at this point.
