Soon I am going to replace the yellow worn out looking headlight lens, but im also going to replace the headlight bulbs on my 93 dakota
What stats/properties should I look for when buying the brightest, preferrably clear or blue, headlight bulbs any suggestions.
There are some 9004 Xenon HID Headlight Bulbs on Ebay for $6.49. Are those actually quality, very bright bulbs?

The cheap bulbs you buy on ebay are bogus. Do you really think for $6.50 you are getting a quality HID bulb?
Before you spend a dime, read up on headlight bulbs. There is a website called Daniel Stern Lighting. It's like the bible for automotive lighting. Read everything.
As for the yellowing, there are kits you can buy that can remove the oxidation and restore clarity. 3M and Meguiars sell them. Cost about $20 each. Much cheaper than replacing lenses.
