You really want an answer for a strip 2 inches thick? by 15 inches wide - completely unrealistic in the real world - hundreds if not thousands of amps at very low voltage because of the huge cross sectional area. Nichrome has a resistance of about 650 Ohms/circular mil foot http://www.wiretron.com/nicrdat.html but 2x15 is roughly like 2000x15 or 30,000 mils (not going to work it out in detail) and you divide that in - tiny ohms.
