I know the bolt pattern is the same im concerned about offset
They have very similar offset as far as I remember. The thing that I would be most worried however is the hub bore. Even though you will be able to bolt it up and run the wheels with no issues there might be some vibrations at higher speeds. If they also have the same hub bore than it should be fine, it might look a little goofy though since the x5 uses thicker tires.
