Not at the moment.
It would take around 1/10th of our nuclear arsonal to destroy all LIFE on earth due to the catastrophic impact on our ecology, but the planet itself couldn't be destroyed with every weapon currently invented being detonated simultaneously. Indeed if the earth went through a nuclear holocaust an astronaut on the moon wouldn't be able to see it, indeed an astronaut form the ISS would probably be oblivious.
There is something that could do the job but it isn't going to be achieved by nuclear fission or fusion, it will require an anti-matter bomb. To blow up the earth you'll need a heck of a lot of anti-matter. Now very tiny amounts of anti-matter have been generated but storing antimatter is nigh on impossible as it instantly anhialiates ordinary matter on contact. To store it you'd need a vacuum chamber surrounded by strong magnetic fields.
That however fails to address the most important question though. Why would anyone in their right mind want to blow up the only planet we have?
