Xenon HID Bulbs 2000 Grand Am?
I've been using regular stock headlights. I was wondering if I were to swtich to Xenon HID 12V, 5000K 100/80-Watt bulbs that the company says needs no modifications, simply replace the old bulbs I had with these, should I expect somehting harmful? Is something going to happen that I'm not being warned about? I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am and have always used standard headlights (9007).
leo29_1987 is correct. the can claim HID lights all they want, there not. best advice i can give you is to get some Piaa bulbs, or some Silverstar Ultra's. unless you want a true HID, then i recomend this kit.
