Help 8000k hid in mk4 astra?
Hi just fitted a set of 8000k hids in my mk4 astra 2002 plate but i at to by bulb holder adapters but now it lets me put the bulbs facing anyway in the lights so i was just wondering if anyone knows which way the blue strip running down the hid bulb faces or dont it matter?
i have had people answering saying there not legal but i just want to know does it matter which way the blue strip on the bulb goes in the headlight thanks
no as they are much better havent had no bother off the police or other road users
If you took your car in for a mot with the hids fitted it will fail due to the light beam being scattered all over the place. I know you might say there brighter which the do look brighter but the light will be directly in front of the vehicle and not emitted ahead as required due to the reflector design.
