What kind of subwoofer/speakers are in the rear deck of my 97 lincoln continental?
I know there are two but i dont know of what sort, i would like to know becuase one is blown or on its last leg and i want to know what type of speaker/sub would work with the factory stereo? any and all help would be appreciated.
Ok...you have some choices to make here....These are some sizes that will fit.....5 1/4, 6 1/2, 6 3/4. The reason so many different sizes will work is due to how each speaker is designed. Now that I gave you these sizes, you need to do some footwork. Go to Crutchfield.com, click "what fits my car", type in your info and you will view which specific speakers will fit your rear deck. It's that easy!....hope I helped......
ps-once you see those specific speakers, dont order them from crutchfield(overpriced). Take that info and simply purchase them elsewhere(circuit city, bestbuy, local audio installer, etc.)
