why is my head light out and high beam light on in dash?
my head light isn't working. it went out then i bought a new one and installed it. it worked for a day then stopped working but its not blown. i double checked to make sure they gave me the right bulb. the highbeam light is on in the dash even when the low beams are on. im pretty sure its electrical but dont know exactly what it is. any ideas?
My 99 escort had the high beam light on when the low beam was out. It was to tell you "hey you have a headlight issue". This is common on newer cars
