Nintendo DS lite LED turn on Green 3 secs and after that, the bottom screen flashes and then shut off. Help?
I opened it and checked F1 and F2 fuses with an ohmeter and they are OK. I tested the ds with battery and connected to adapter and in it has the same behavior. I need help from some one who has fixed this issue before please. The top screen remains off all the time.
I haven't experienced this problem, but if it's under warranty, just call 1-800-255-3700. Nintendo's customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. They are always polite and courteous.
