When you FIRST start up your computer the video resolution is 640 x 480....When it LOADS Windows it goes to your resolution settings you have set it to....
Now...you have to PRESET the video resolution to one of the USABLE settings found in the TV's instruction manual before you connect it to the TV set...then it will appear.
