Xenon Conversion Kit question?
I have a 91 mercedes with euro headlights, i want to give it HID Xenon kit and i need the really bright once. my headlights has H1 and H3 bulbs. What should i get exactly for my benz? where should i search and what should i type in the search bar? do they melt my headlights(blue bulbs did that before)?? what are good brands on the market

A xenon bulb will not melt the housing like a 80/100W halogen bulb will ( most xenon bulbs run at 35W ). There are lots of companies that make headlamp kits. I bought some generic no-name kit about 2 years ago and they're still working fine. The main choice will be which colour you want. The higher the number ( K ), the more bluish the light output. Most companies start at around 4000K which is a bright white, slight touch of yellow, 6000K is white with a touch of blue ( also what I bought and I like them ), 8000K is a purplish white, 10000K gets quite blue. You will also find some kits that go up to 12000K or 14000K. These kits are more for show than actual light output. The colour from these is not a usable part of the light spectrum and should be avoided for night driving.
