Where would someone get a new transmission for a 93 Ford Ranger?
My husband and I own a 93 Ford Ranger extended cab. It's an automatic, and it's got 160K miles on it. I know that the transmission is has is rebuilt. We're considering taking it for a 1700 miles drive from Oklahoma to Vermont this June. Should I replace the transmission? If so, with what? If I should buy new, where can I get a new transmission for a 93 Ford Ranger, and what would it cost me?
