How can i stop the red LED on my mouse from blinking?
i have a logitech mx700 wireless mouse, and the red light is blinking about once every few seconds, which normally means that the batteries are about to die, although i just put in 2 recently charged energizer rechargables from their own charge station.
i had started to notice that the mouses charging station would stop turning the led green and the laser side would continue to flicker. the logitech site didnt have the mx700 probably because its a new years old, so any ideas would be helpful, either fixing the problem with the mouse and/or charging base or at least to stop that darn led from flickering in my face
Rechargeable batteries last less and output less voltage after every recharge. Also recharges take longer if you have charged a battery too many times. If you want to make your life really easy then don't ever buy a wireless input device ever again. If you want to keep your mouse then buy new batteries. I had a wireless keyboard and mouse in the past and they gave me a living hell and they did not have a LED.
